Kluver-Fensler (Mrs. K-F) I
am a Denver native and a DPS graduate from Thomas Jefferson
High School. I completed
my undergrad at the University of Nevada, Las
Vegas with a degree in Hotel, Restaurant Management. I
worked for Marriott Hotels for about 3 years and quickly realized that the
hotel life was not for me. I returned to Denver
and received my Masters and teaching certificate from the University of Denver
in education.
I have been teaching in DPS for 7 years with 6 of those years at
Lowry in the 4th and 5th grades. I absolutely love teaching this age
group. I primarily teach math, science and social studies. In
my free time I enjoy practicing and teaching yoga. I run and try to complete
several races a year. I also enjoy biking, hiking, golf, traveling, playing
volleyball on a recreation team a
well as enjoying the company of friends and family. I am married and have a
Golden Retriever named Indy.
