Hello! My name is Tracy Frees. I teach ECE at Lowry Elementary. I am currently on my 15th year of teaching. I have taught 8 years in Oklahoma (Pre-K), and 6 years at Lowry. I have a Bachelor of Science degree in Early Childhood Education and a Masters in Psychometry. My husband, Gary, and I have two children. Emily is 5, and attends Lowry Kindergarten. To be eligible for Ece, your child must be 4 by October 1 for that school year.
