Denver Public Schools always shares mental health supports with our community during school breaks and especially during the holidays. I wanted to pass these along because if sharing resources can help even one person, it is absolutely worth it.
The holidays can be hard for many reasons. You might be missing loved ones who are far away or who have passed. You might feel incomplete or find it difficult to see social media posts that show only the highlight reel and not real life. No matter the reason, please know this. If you are reading this, you matter. You are loved. And help is available.
